How It started
Twin Cities Staging was founded by Bethany Briggs, a Realtor, property investor, and property marketing expert.
Helping homeowners maintain more equity is a passion for Bethany. As a listing agent, Bethany found that investments into home preparation and home staging could increase sellers’ equity maintained by thousands, and even tens-of-thousands. After 10 years in real estate sales and staging her own listings, Bethany started Twin Cities Staging.

We have hundreds of successful stages under our belt and an ever-increasing inventory of beautiful sofas, rugs, artwork, accent chairs, lamps, tables, accessories and just about everything else. Additionally, Bethany is now an active Realtor again and is looking forward to working directly with sellers. Our office and warehouse is located north of the Cities in Spring Lake Park. We proudly serve Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding communities.
